The breakfast was delicious and filling with a good selection of options. The hotel's authentically decorated rooms were really charming and well-maintained. The location was ideal, being close to all the main attractions and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.
The lack of elevator was not ideal, particularly for those with heavy luggage, but it was manageable. , it would have been helpful if the receptionist was more informative about the surroundings and provided assistance with our bags.

The hotel offered stunning views of the castle and river, making it easy to enjoy the cityscape from the comfort of the room. the location was very convenient, putting us near all of the main attractions and making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
The service at the hotel left something to be desired. the check-in staff was not very helpful, and we missed out on some interesting activities because we were not informed of them.
